Louis Edition communication systems

A new Louis Edition is now available to discover in the SENA communication systems world. A special edition with its own software based on the popular Sena 50R - many features and the flat 3-button design have been retained!

Intercom connection:

SENA's adaptive mesh networking technology enables the group intercom system to connect effortlessly. And if a rider goes out of range, the SENA ensures seamless communication with the rest of the group. At the same time, the Sena Louis Edition automatically reconnects all riders to the group as soon as they are back in range. With this dynamic group structure, complicated pairing attempts are a thing of the past.

Thanks to SENA's pioneering adaptive mesh networking technology, which works in combination with Bluetooth, the Louis Edition has more connections than ever before. With an innovative dual antenna and two separate processors, one for Bluetooth and one for adaptive mesh networking, the Louis Edition can connect to each processor simultaneously thanks to multi-operation. This means that you can connect up to 3 additional communication devices to your Sena Louis Edition headset via Bluetooth 5.0 and then integrate them into an existing mesh networking group at the same time.

Communicate with up to 24 other riders at a maximum range of 2 km reliably and clearly in HD audio quality. With the Louis Edition, targeted group management is also possible, allowing you to divide users into groups and differentiate between them. In addition to these private groups, you can search for motorbike riders within a radius of 2 km who are also using a compatible Sena system at the touch of a button. You will automatically be connected to them.

Audio multitasking technology allows you to make calls via adaptive mesh networking and simultaneously stream music from your smartphone via Bluetooth, take or make phone calls or play back detailed GPS navigation instructions. Users no longer have to put up with the intermittent audio functions of previous Bluetooth communication devices. Now, rather than interrupting one another, the audio functions overlap and provide a pleasant listening experience. Take seamless audio sources with you on your journey.

The Sena smartphone app allows you to configure the device settings(e.g. by entering a group of biker friends for the hands-free system) and take a look at the quick guide. Simply pair your mobile phone with your Louis Edition headset and run the Sena smartphone app. This allows you to adjust the settings directly from your smartphone.

The new quick-charging function of the Louis Edition offers around 3 hours of operating time after just 20 minutes of charging. On the road, the Louis Edition can be controlled entirely via voice commands. The intuitive technology ensures safe, controlled riding by seamlessly switching between music, phone and intercom functions.

The universal mounting option with clamp and/or adhesive holder and the interchangeable cable and gooseneck microphone of the Louis Edition allows it to be used with almost any helmet, whether jet, flip-up or full-face helmet.
