One thing is certain: an overtightened, " worn-out " thread in an existential location, e.g. on the engine, is never particularly good. If you have to drill out the bad and cut a new thread by hand with a conventional tap. V-Coil has addressed this problem and developed a real relief with the thread repair kit V-Coil *Rapid*. Because the thread cutting is done by your cordless screwdriver!
All tools that are included in the V-Coil repair kit *Rapid* have a 1/4" hexagonal socket.
You can choose between different thread inserts type "S" 1,5D, made of stainless steel, the STI-cut-in tap V-COIL *Rapid*, installation tool, tang breaker and twist drill available (M14 repair kits are without tang tools).
So with your cordless screwdriver you will save:
