Founded in 1978, the Polisport Group was born from the passion of its managing director, Pedro
AraΓΊjo, for the world of two-wheelers. The Polisport business developed very well, especially in the off-road sector. To this day, the brand draws its strength from its core business of "plastic parts for motorcycles". Polisport is one of the most renowned brands in this field. Wide range of innovative products and accessories is offered under the brand. In the off-road product range, the focus is on plastic kits, complemented by hand guards, body guards, headlights and other
high-performance parts and accessories.
This product can be used for many vehicle types, but does not have an EC type approval (E-mark), ABE, TΓV certificate or other type approval and approval marks. They are therefore not approved for use in road traffic within the scope of the German StVZO. They may only be fitted and used on the vehicle for racing, competition or show purposes (classic cars, collectors, etc.). Before they can be used on the road, they must be individually approved by your TΓV test center. We cannot guarantee whether such individual approval is possible. Please also note our information on the relevant approval regulations (Section III), e.g. in our General Terms and Conditions (GTC), also for use outside Germany.
These Attachments and trim parts are compatible with many motorcycle models, but they are not E-marked and do not come with type approval, TΓV test certificate or any other form of official approval. This means they are not street-legal under the German Road Traffic Licensing Regulations (StVZO). They must only be fitted and used for racing, competition and show purposes (classic and collectible motorbikes). Before they are used on public roads, it is obligatory to first take them to your local test centre (TΓV in Germany) for individual component approval. We give no guarantee that such individual component approval will be possible. Please also note the information we provide regarding the relevant approval regulations, e.g. in our Standard Terms and Conditions (T&C), also for use outside of Germany.
