Description

Ultinon Pro6000 Boost H7 LED gen2 Moto H7 LED 12V / 15W

It's time for a change: upgrade to the Philips *Ultinon Pro6000 Boost LED H7 Moto* illuminant, because it has never been easier to use LED light with road approval for your motorcycle. While it was sometimes necessary to replace the entire headlight, this is often unnecessary with the *Ultinon Pro6000 Boost LED H7 Moto*. That means: just swap the bulbs and go! In many cases, a ‘genuine’ direct-fit H7 LED is possible (depending on the space available in the headlight).

However, you must always observe the registration requirements. The ABG (General Construction Permit) only applies to the motorcycles tested by Philips in combination with the specified headlight number (E number). Failure to comply will invalidate your motorcycle's operating licence.

Features:
  • Successor to the Philips Ultinon Pro6000 H7-LED with a significantly smaller heat sink
  • Up to 300% brighter light
  • High-contrast, white light with up to 5800 K
  • 3,000-hour lifespan
  • H7 LED lamp socket type PX26d
  • Light properties: 1,550 lm
  • 12 volts / 15 watts
  • Operating temperature -40 to +105 °C
  • With general design approval (ABG)
Can you legally drive your motorbike with Philips *Ultinon Pro6000 Boost LED H7 Moto*? Proceed as follows:
  • Step 1: Search for your vehicle in the ABG (see ‘Documents’)
  • Step 2: If your vehicle is listed, then look up the headlight approval number (also noted in the ABG or the Philips compatibility list, which is also provided)
  • Step 3: Look for the headlight approval number on the vehicle headlight (can only be found on original headlights)
  • Step 4: If the approval number is present and matches, then the Philips LED lamp can be installed and operated legally.
  • The ABG must always be carried and must be presented to the relevant testing and control bodies (TÜV, police, etc.) if requested.
  • For some motorcycles, the Philips * Type V * adapter ring Art. No.10090017 is required (see ‘compatible products’). To see whether a type V adapter ring is required for your motorbike, check the Philips compatibility list in the last column under ‘required accessories’
