BUCK 55 Folding Hunter Mini:
Small, but top-class: This version of the classic Buck Folding Hunter embodies the perfect design of a Buck knife in handy pocket size. The lock-back knife has a rustproof blade made of 420 HC steel with outstanding edge retention. The polished handle is made of fine wood, perfectly integrated into the brass bolsters without the slightest gap, and permanently fixed with rounded, polished brass rivets. This knife does not come with a sheath, as it is ideal for carrying in a trouser pocket, especially the coin pocket on 5-pocket jeans. Extremely useful for everyday and on the road, this knife also looks great and is built to give good service for many, many years!

420 HC steel:
Buck's standard blade material because it combines the wear resistance of a high-strength carbon steel with the corrosion resistance of stainless steel. Add to this the special Buck heat treatment process and you have an extremely user-friendly combination of edge retention, and excellent corrosion resistance plus high strength and durability. It also means that the blade is very easy to resharpen. A Rockwell hardness of 58 Rc is achieved.
