What's the best way to keep your motorbike safe from thieves without having to always carry a heavy chain around with you? Abus has the perfect answer in the form of its *Alarmbox*. This modest-looking box can be installed anywhere on the frame of your machine. It may not be a substitute for a security lock, but the Alarmbox is an extremely effective deterrent!

Once you've armed the Alarmbox with the key, it only takes the slightest movement or vibration, sideways, forwards, backwards, up or down, to trigger the alarm. And it will then emit a deafening 100 dB loud alarm ...

• Alarm is sounded with at least 100 dB for 15 seconds, followed by automatic re-arming
• 3D position detection - triggers the alarm upon detection of even the tiniest of movements in any of three dimensions.
• Intelligent alarm - the lock emits a short acoustic alarm upon detecting small, brief vibrations, e.g. caused by a football
